We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Manager to join our team at ONL Therapeutics. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the conduct of clinical studies at various sites and providing operational and management support to ensure the successful delivery of assigned clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study Conduct and Management: Provide clinical study expertise and support from study start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to coordinate the delivery of quality data and trial documents/records.
  • Site Monitoring: Monitor site progress, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and communicate study progress and issues to leadership.
  • Document Management: Create and maintain project-related documents, plans, and processes.
  • Communication: Actively participate in Investigator's Meetings, teleconferences, and meetings, including tracking and following-up on key action items.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or life sciences.
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in clinical development/clinical trials.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, strong follow-through skills, ability to proactively identify and solve problems, and excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, clinical site monitoring experience, and understanding of ophthalmic diagnostic tests and equipment.
