About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our Commercial Excellence Project Management Office. In this role, you will support the delivery of complex projects that are vital to enhancing our sales & business operations.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects across sales technology, enablement, data, and operations from start to finish, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.

You will actively identify, assess, and manage risks, while transparently communicating potential impacts to all levels of management.

You will take ownership of project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business value.

You will navigate project scope changes, offering solutions to maintain project integrity and mitigate negative impacts.

You will foster and maintain strong relationships across the business to ensure program success.

You will collaborate with resource managers for optimal resource allocation to projects and programs.

You will promote agility and flexibility in project execution to meet organizational objectives.

You will maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of status, changes, and issues.

You will develop comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, cost estimates, and reports.

You will make informed project decisions, adjusting plans as needed and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will ensure adherence to all relevant standards and policies.

About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • BS/BA degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, adaptable to the needs of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong foundation in project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution.
