Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Degreed operates with a remote-first approach, though we also offer in-office or hybrid options for those residing in cities with physical office locations. This position allows for complete virtual operation from your home office. Our collaboration primarily occurs with colleagues across the US and internationally through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging platforms. In this role, you will need to use a laptop (PC or Mac), various software applications, and other office productivity tools as required. Due to the nature of this position, the ability to remain stationary for extended periods is essential, as is the capacity to comprehend and interpret both written and verbal communications.
