Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and support for all assigned EHS programs
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage and communicate changes to existing programs throughout the organization
- Lead and direct employees at all levels to achieve a solid culture of environmental stewardship and safety
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all facility environmental health and safety permits
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of related experience with 1+ years as a supervisor
- CIH and/or CSP qualifications highly desirable
- Management systems experience and experience working in Pharmaceutical Research and Development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead and manage multiple projects
