The Executive Administrative Coordinator is responsible for executing a variety of administrative tasks to support multiple levels of personnel within the organization. This role involves managing various projects and generating reports and information that may be sensitive and critical, aligning with the objectives of local management and CorVel Corporation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responds to phone inquiries and directs them appropriately. May receive, review, prioritize, and distribute incoming correspondence and materials. Coordinates and maintains schedules and event calendars, including travel arrangements, customer appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Organizes and oversees document management systems. Prepares and creates presentations, memos, reports, and other documentation as needed. Arranges travel, meetings, and events, while managing calendars and room bookings. Assists with basic financial record-keeping tasks. Requires consistent attendance and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities. Adheres to all safety protocols and regulations during working hours. Undertakes additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision. Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.

COMPENSATION:

CorVel utilizes a market-based compensation strategy, and salary ranges may vary based on location. Pay rates are determined by factors such as federal, state, and local minimum wage laws, geographic location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be adjusted at any time.

For roles with levels (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be assigned to a different level based on an assessment during the interview process, considering experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the position. The level may influence the salary range, and these details will be clarified during the offer stage.

Pay Range: $19.43 per hour
