We boast a respected and stable Hematology and Oncology Department, supported by a robust referral network in a rapidly expanding region. Our Oncologists collaborate closely with the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute - Legacy Health Cancer Collaborative. We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Oncology Specialist to become part of our established team of six physicians. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine within a cohesive and collaborative medical group.
Key Highlights:

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program, with eligibility for benefits based on factors such as position type and full-time equivalent (FTE). Benefit-eligible employees can access benefits starting from the first of the month following one month of employment. Our offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and various supplemental benefits. Additionally, we provide a 401k retirement plan with participation in a profit-sharing plan. Compensation packages and time-off programs vary based on department, position type, primary work state, and FTE.
