We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Compass Oncology. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and clinicians with patient care duties in a clinical environment.
- Promote efficient patient flow and patient care, including exams and procedures.
- Perform clinic support tasks, including miscellaneous clerical duties, answering phones, and maintaining physician schedules.
- Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Certificate of graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a medical assistant or nursing assistant, preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience preferred.
