Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Representative to join our team at Iacofano's. As a liaison between our company and its customers and employees, you will be responsible for effectively solving customer and employee issues, complaints, and inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer issues by responding to phone and email inquiries
  • Keep customer satisfaction at the forefront of every decision and behavior
  • Solve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Upsell products with incoming orders
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile
  • Meet personal and team targets
  • Provide positive internal customer service
  • Follow up on previous orders and make cold calls to potential clients

Requirements:

  • 1 year of proven experience in a customer support role
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Previous food service experience is helpful
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Dependable and timely
