Customer Service Liaison

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Representative to join our team at Iacofano's. As a liaison between our company and its customers and employees, you will be responsible for effectively solving customer and employee issues, complaints, and inquiries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer issues by responding to phone and email inquiries
- Keep customer satisfaction at the forefront of every decision and behavior
- Solve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Upsell products with incoming orders
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile
- Meet personal and team targets
- Provide positive internal customer service
- Follow up on previous orders and make cold calls to potential clients
Requirements:
- 1 year of proven experience in a customer support role
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Previous food service experience is helpful
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Dependable and timely
