Leadership Opportunity

Texas Care is seeking a Community-Based Rehabilitation Lead to provide direct supervision and leadership to a team of Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-CS). This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Job
  • Supervise QMHP-CS Staff: Provide day-to-day supervision and support to QMHP-CS staff, including monitoring of service delivery, productivity, and documentation.
  • Clinical Guidance: Provide guidance on treatment interventions, crisis management, and service delivery strategies through regular case reviews with QMHPs.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with leadership on program development, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
