About the Position

">

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Therapist to join our team at Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.

">

This role will provide on-site clinical services for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

">

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

">

Responsibilities

">
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to residents, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.">
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.">
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.">

Requirements

">

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

">
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.">
  • Active QMHP registration with the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO).">
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.">
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.">

What You'll Make

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $87,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment.

This figure does not include additional compensation, such as bonuses or overtime pay, which may be applicable to eligible employees.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, day shift position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
