Job Description

Devalitix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Environment Setup and Maintenance: Design, configure, and maintain software test environments and labs to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Test Planning and Automation: Develop and implement system test and regression plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Test Case Development: Create test plans, build test cases, and test data sets based on documented system requirements to ensure thorough testing.
  • Issue Reporting and Resolution: Report issues using a formal bug tracking system and work with the development team to resolve bugs and issues.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Review test cases of junior team members, provide feedback, and lead a team of 3-5 members to ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to coding standards.
Requirements
  • Testing Life Cycle Experience: Proven experience in implementing, designing, planning, and conducting comprehensive release and regression tests.
  • Test Automation Knowledge: Strong knowledge in applying test automation procedures using tools such as TestComplete, SOAP UI, Quality Center, or Selenium.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to work in a customer-focused environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Issue Triage and Leadership: Ability to triage issues and lead a team to resolve them efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Rational-RequisitePro, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Functional Tester: Experience with these tools is highly desirable.
