About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pedi Trauma Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Lead to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and customizing high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership teams to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • BSN required.
  • Current Texas RN license or RN compact license.
  • Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Certification in specialty required within 1 year.
  • Completion of charge nurse course required within one year.
  • Other leadership training and activity in professional organizations highly preferred.
  • Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit and leadership/management experience is preferred.
