Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide one-to-one care to infants, children, and adolescents in a home environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care in a system of record.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention.
