Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Director to join our team at Bank of America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex client relationships with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, providing financial solutions and guidance on current and future needs.
- Develop and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and relationship enhancement.
- Analyze financial statements to assess companies' financial conditions and industry trends.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teams to facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists.
- Provide expert guidance on industry trends, alternative capital structures, and business issues to complex clients.
- Coach and mentor peers to enhance leadership skills.
- Stay adaptable to sales practices, market, and industry changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record of managing clients, prospecting new business, and closing transactions.
- Strong professional sales skills, including planning, execution, and follow-up of client meetings.
- Corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
- Financial modeling experience and formal credit training.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Series 7 & 63 licenses required (must obtain within 180 days).
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. Additionally, you will be eligible for various benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Work Details:
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The schedule is primarily based in the United States, with occasional travel for business purposes.
