Job Description:

Treasury Services Relationship Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our clients' success.

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients across various business segments, including Escrow, Title, Homeowner Association Property Management, Commercial Property Management, 1031 Exchange Accommodators, and Contractor Retention Escrows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing relationship plans to achieve revenue and deposit growth targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive calling efforts
  • Negotiating transactions and pricing Treasury Services products and services
  • Ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Representing the bank in external events and activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relationship management experience in Treasury Services Deposits
  • Minimum 3 years of Treasury Services/Treasury Deposits product sales and new business development experience

Estimated Salary Range: $111,408 - $189,738 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
