As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in generating new business prospects in a results-driven environment. Your role will encompass overseeing the sales process from initial outreach to finalizing agreements. Working in tandem with account managers and team members, you will cultivate and sustain profitable client relationships. With commitment and hard work, you can achieve an attractive OTE surpassing 100k in your inaugural year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business clients
  • Initiate sales activities, including setting up meetings and delivering presentations
  • Close deals by establishing strong rapport with prospective clients, demonstrating service capabilities, and effectively addressing inquiries
  • Allocate a minimum of 20 hours weekly to prospecting efforts
  • Utilize a customer relationship management system for streamlined data management
  • Maintain a prioritized prospect list within the CRM
  • Promote a positive workplace through effective communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales
  • Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives
  • Strong skills in prospecting and territory development
  • Experience with CRM systems, including precise data entry and organization
  • Sales training certification is advantageous
  • Experience in closing short-cycle B2B transactions
  • Outgoing demeanor with a positive attitude and a love for challenges
  • Organized approach to sales processes and client management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate activities and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
