Job Title: Lead Aesthetic Sales Representative

At LaserAway, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Aesthetic Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations with potential patients to explain our treatments and services.
  • Build rapport with patients, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders.
  • Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
  • Check patients in/out, maintain a clean and professional clinic, and uphold brand standards.
  • Assist clinicians with room turnover and restock inventory.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in on-site luxury retail sales with a commission-based structure or 3+ years in the beauty, aesthetic dermatology, or related industries.
  • Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
