Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in overseeing and managing a variety of HR functions within our home care organization. This includes talent acquisition, employee development, staff relations, and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Primary Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records for field personnel and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
  • Offer support and guidance to field personnel regarding HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Administer benefits for field personnel.
  • Facilitate customer service communications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Human Resources, ideally within a healthcare or home care environment.
  • Experience in the Home Care / Health Care sector is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations is preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential matters with care.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
