Graduate Training Program

We're currently recruiting recent graduates for our 5-month Technical Sales training program, which provides intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training. As a participant, you'll work with our industry-leading Commercial HVAC sales team and develop the skills and expertise needed to succeed in this exciting field.

Responsibilities
  • Sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
  • U.S. citizenship or the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI in the previous 3 years, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
