Job Description

Dansources Technical Services is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new forms, workflows, flows, and scripting to produce a working process for customer use.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and test code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform code reviews on work done by other developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in software or infrastructure engineering and architecture, including ServiceNow.
  • Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities.
  • Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML).
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • ServiceNow training and certifications.
  • Experience with ITIL, Service Management, scripting, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of Discovery and CMDB, including best practices for managing and scaling the CMDB.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
