Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Harmony Home Health and Hospice, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for individual patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will operate with great attention to detail and a big heart, taking pride in observing and communicating effectively in your patient's best interest.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
  • Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required

Compensation:

$80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
