Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Harmony Home Health. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for individual patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will operate with great attention to detail and a big heart, taking pride in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
  • Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
