Role Overview
The Event Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring guest satisfaction across a range of functions, including weddings, corporate gatherings, member events, and golf outings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the bar area for service by following company protocols, ensuring adequate supplies are available, and preparing garnishes and drink mixes as needed.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the bar.
  • Craft, mix, and serve beverages in accordance with established recipes.
  • Address any guest complaints promptly by notifying a manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar equipment.
  • Secure the bar area and clean up according to company standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in bartending.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess and resolve issues efficiently; manage multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision; and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor, professional appearance, and conduct in all interactions.
