Administrative Support Specialist

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executive officers, ensuring seamless execution of business operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive officers with administrative tasks, including calendar maintenance, meeting coordination, and expense report preparation.
- Monitor and track CPE requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event registrations, and team building activities.
- Prepare and assemble reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Provide technical support to executives and directors, including audiovisual presentations and conference calls.
- Anticipate and resolve potential roadblocks, queries, or scheduling needs.
- Logistics coordination and adherence to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative management experience, preferably in banking or a comparable firm.
- General bookkeeping and strong math skills.
- Advanced MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Solid experience with technology, applications, and iPad/Apple Products.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks assigned to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple tasks and reporting into different working teams and Executive Officers.
