Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Power BI Product Owner to join a prominent healthcare organization. This role involves leading a critical initiative to transition dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Serve as the product owner, guiding the team with best practices and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Document processes and provide support for both internal stakeholders and business units.
  • Adopt a proactive approach, offering recommendations for improvements rather than responding reactively.
Technical Expertise

Applicants should possess a robust understanding of:

  • Dashboard architecture, including gateways and security protocols.
  • Strategies for ongoing improvement of Power BI implementations.
  • CI/CD automation and Dev/Test/Prod architectures.
  • API management and integration.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience with Power BI, including security, best practices, and functionality.
  • Prior experience in a product owner or lead capacity.
  • Implementation experience in Power BI environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
  • Azure experience.
