Job Summary:

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled Legal Analyst to support our ongoing contract programs with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Asset Forfeiture Program. This position can be located at one of our IRS-CI Field office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze legal data to produce a comprehensive picture of activities and support ongoing investigations.
  • Correlate collected information and data to substantiate or refute existing information.
  • Summarize findings into reports and ensure data entered into the database is compliant with Court Orders and other legal documents.
  • Perform legal research, summarize disposition transcripts, and compile indices and trial materials.
  • Assist with the drafting of affidavits and seizure warrants.
  • Handle confidential material and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client requirements and provide administrative support for multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.
  • 2 years of legal or business area experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in the collection of legal data and analysis and evaluation of information.
  • Must be attentive to detail and able to pass a government-sponsored background investigation.
