Job Summary:

The Field Services Engineer I plays a vital role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our products. This position requires a strong understanding of aircraft systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and troubleshoot customer technical inquiries
  • Develop training materials and provide on-site and off-site training for customers
  • Perform detailed failure analysis and write reports
  • Support new product Entry into Service (EIS) programs
  • Participate in various on-wing tests, monitor and resolve complex technical in-service issues, and provide design engineers with product feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline; or Associate's degree from a two-year college & 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience in the airline industry, airline products, airline support requirements, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $81,100 - $96,200 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, starting the first day of the month. Additionally, you will receive 15 days of paid time off and 12 paid holidays per year.
