Key Responsibilities- Telephone Inquiries: Respond to patient calls in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate and timely information about our services and procedures.
- Patient Scheduling: Schedule appointments with our healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive the care they need in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions in our electronic health record system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve patient concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to our nursing staff as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues, ensuring seamless coordination of care and services.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
