Ambulatory Clinic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Clinic Coordinator to join our team at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. As a key member of our Ambulatory Services team, you will provide exceptional support to patients, providers, and families, ensuring seamless communication and efficient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely information to patients and families regarding treatment and medical procedures.
- Streamline communication between clinics, OR providers, PACU, ICU, and patients' families.
- Assist in the throughput of patients in an ambulatory center.
- Support providers during clinic hours to ensure efficient care delivery.
- Coordinate with internal services and outreach programs to facilitate timely cancer care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in community, patient, or customer-oriented support. Excellent customer service skills, previous experience working in an Ambulatory Clinic, and proficiency in SCI, EHR, and PICIS are highly desirable.
