Job Title: Workforce Planning Manager

The Lane Construction Corporation is a leading construction company that specializes in large, complex civil infrastructure projects. As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a workforce strategy that supports the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a workforce planning process that aligns with the company's business strategy.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the business and influence leadership to promote a culture of strategic workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify project staffing needs and ensure projects are properly supported from a human resources perspective.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in workforce planning or a related field.
