Director, Diversity Equity

BlueHalo is seeking a Director, Diversity Equity to join our Human Capital organization. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and leading the implementation of enterprise-level initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and developing employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver holistic training to build an educated, inclusive workforce and drive inclusive leadership behaviors that impact the employee experience.
  • Consult with business leaders at all levels of the organization to drive accountability and transparency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the broader integration of DEI.
  • Construct clear and engaging visualizations of diversity and inclusion current state findings and recommendations.
  • Support company-wide communications and engagement with various stakeholder groups.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources, DEI, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of professional experience supporting or leading a credible, functional diversity and inclusion or talent management program.
  • Experience in successfully supporting large-scale change efforts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Superior analytical, assessment, and reporting skills.
  • Superior project, time, and people management skills.
  • Superior written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-caliber work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, in addition to being able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience working within a Defense Contractor environment is a plus.
