Job Opportunity:

UP On the Roof is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities through the banquet facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads outside of the restaurant using various communication channels.
  • Meet with guests to showcase facilities, develop menus, and offer additional services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and build client loyalty.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of events.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of reliability and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Prior sales experience and proficiency in catering software (Delphi or other) preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service and/or restaurant/hotel management experience.
