Position Title: Customer Service Operations Manager

Salary: $60,000+ annually, with eligibility for bonuses

Compensation Package: Includes a company vehicle and gas card

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site evaluations and enhance client retention strategies.
  • Support new branch openings to ensure successful launches.
  • Maintain compliance with local and national standards, reviewing corporate compliance reports.
  • Develop and implement action plans to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Create incremental sales strategies in collaboration with local management to boost profitability.
  • Enhance customer retention and improve client experiences at the point of sale.
  • Identify pricing opportunities and promote repeat business through best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to merchandising standards across locations.
  • Evaluate performance through regular audits and district evaluations.
  • Occasionally fulfill the role of Route Driver, delivering products and maintaining vending equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, a two-year college degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience required.
  • Possession of a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in route management, retail, and merchandising is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment.
  • Background in food and beverage service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and customers.
  • Physical capability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
