Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Department Operations: Oversee all aspects of front-end department operations, including cash handling, security measures, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front-end sales associates to provide a fast, friendly, and efficient checkout experience for customers.
- Inventory Management: Control supply costs and ensure adequate inventory levels to meet business demands.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain functionality of equipment, hardware, and software, and report any issues requiring further resolution.
- Store Safety and Sanitation: Ensure the safety and sanitation of the parking lot, porch, entrance/exit, and checkout area.
- Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate or bachelor's degree in business related field desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in management of retail or related field.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
