Role Summary:

The Regional Service Operations Manager (RSOM) will oversee a team of technicians and administrative personnel. This role demands effective communication skills, which are essential for nurturing our operational team and enhancing the quality of service provided to our clientele.

Compensation:

Minimum Salary: USD $90,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary: USD $95,000.00/Yr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and development of the administrative team
  • Achievement of all company objectives and performance metrics
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Onboarding of dispatchers
  • Conducting evaluations and annual reviews with approvals from the Operations Manager
  • Reviewing company reports and sharing insights with the team
  • Communicating operational needs to field teams, including Dispatchers, ASMs, Operations Manager, and VPs
  • Acting as the escalation point for callbacks
  • Promoting the company’s image, appearance, and reputation
  • Managing customer relationships within the assigned region
  • Maintaining and communicating a weekly activity schedule
  • Ensuring efficient scheduling of all service calls
  • Meeting or exceeding customer and company service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Overseeing dispatchers and ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures
  • Accountability for the financial performance of assigned divisions
  • Managing labor and material expenses
  • Supporting ASMs and the professional growth of technicians
  • Exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of field technical experience in HVAC or a related business
  • Proven management experience in the HVAC sector
  • Technical expertise to provide value to technicians and clients
  • A strong sense of urgency in problem resolution
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients
  • A demonstrated track record of success in previous roles
  • A balanced personality with a strong drive for achievement
  • Focus on achieving desired outcomes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copier, telephone, and printer
  • Capability to sit at a computer for extended periods
