Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for facilities-related expenses, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all facilities-related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to safety, health, and environmental protection.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and visitors, to ensure that facilities-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
