Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and enhancing client accounts through regular engagement with dental practices within your designated territory.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop a collaborative relationship with practitioners and their teams by assessing business needs, discussing the advantages of our equipment and technology solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, and outlining potential returns on investment.
  • Stay informed about Patterson's offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Maintain precise records of prospects, customer orders, sales activities, and other financial transactions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities related to the Field Sales Executive role.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 to 5 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.

Demonstrated initiative with exceptional customer service, planning, and organizational skills is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proficiency in presenting and negotiating, are required.

Previous success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is advantageous.

General computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office, is necessary.

A valid driver's license is required.

Experience in the dental industry (3+ years) is preferred.
