Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Implement and maintain treatment plans, ensuring ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of improving mental health care.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, LADC I, LP, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
- Passion for topics such as EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity and sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, music therapy, social work, Adlerian therapy, PTSD, group therapy, and couples therapy.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
- Ability to pass a background check.
