Lead Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a Lead Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring other marriage and family therapists, evaluating mental health diagnoses, and developing and implementing treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor other marriage and family therapists to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health.
- Utilize creativity and innovative approaches to help clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health outcomes.
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT).
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check and authorization to work in the United States.
