About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at JRI Inc. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our clinical services and ensuring the highest quality care for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services, working in tandem with the Clinical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality family and group therapies.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Administrative team to develop and implement a shared vision for programmatic clinical services, maintaining positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
  • Create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing effective coping strategies and role-modeling positive behaviors.
  • Help students discover their strengths and develop life skills such as cooking, banking, and vocational skills, providing them with the tools to succeed in their next steps.

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • LICSW or LMHC required.
  • Clinical Management experience preferred.
  • Maintains a valid driver's license, as transporting students is required.
  • Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
  • At JRI Inc, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to create a safe therapeutic atmosphere for our students.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
