WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

What to expect on a typical day:

Consult with Clients to Deliver a Comprehensive ADP Solution. You will collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and guide them towards the most suitable solutions.

Implement ADP Technologies. You will evaluate existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, integrating new methods and tools when recommending and executing the ADP solution.

Collaborate Internally. You will engage with ADP associates in sales and customer service, sharing routine information with members of the client project team regarding priorities, timelines, and emerging issues.

Multi-Task & Communicate. Your ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously is vital for success in this role. You will effectively convey essential information and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • You possess a minimum of three years of experience in a client service/customer service environment, including at least one year in business consulting.

A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory. What matters most is having the skills to excel in this role. If you lack a college degree, other acceptable experiences may include:

  • Relevant experience as mentioned above OR
