Job Summary

The Onboarding Coordinator is a critical role that ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding process for healthcare providers. This position is responsible for reviewing provider information, evaluating credentials, and securing necessary documentation to facilitate the privileging, verification, and licensing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-populate provider information into the company database
  • Request and collect client applications and map them into the database
  • Outreach to providers to resolve discrepancies and missing information
  • Communicate with clients to determine preferences and maintain database checklists
  • Review and analyze trends to maintain departmental success
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and sustain a fast-paced work environment
  • Building trust and respect with partners by consistently exceeding quality expectations
  • Ability to multitask and have a strong sense of urgency and time management skills
  • Work independently and collaboratively as a team player
