Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our healthcare team as a Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, providing clinical expertise, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual needs.

Benefits:
