Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Olathe Community Center. This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer service to the public, handling routine inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify minor, adult, and day waivers accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage lost and found items and maintain documentation.
  • Oversee check out of sports equipment and maintain records.
  • Follow facility policies and practices, monitoring customer access and enforcing policies with respect and consistency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of customer service and administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office basic functions.
  • Strong customer service, time management, and organization skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English language, with additional proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Working Conditions

This role may require lifting at least 20 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
