Job Title: Solar Sales Manager

Momentum Solar is a leading provider of residential solar solutions, with a strong presence in multiple states across the nation. As a Solar Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our sales teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team success.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
