We are in search of a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee daily operations at our front desk. This role is essential in our dynamic environment, where priorities may shift quickly based on client requirements. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will significantly influence their first impression of our firm. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors upon arrival
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and conference room
  • Assist staff with various tasks as needed
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Record receipts and process expense reports
  • Organize and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for team members
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including filing and data entry

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
