Job Title: Clinical Liaison RN

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison RN to join our team at SouthPointe Healthcare Center. As a Clinical Liaison RN, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure referrals and admissions to our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain sales relationships with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referral/admissions.
  • Maintain sales territory to meet census goals, utilizing sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning.
  • Perform pre-admission assessments of the clinical status of patient referrals and evaluation of patient needs.
  • Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
  • Actively assist referring and accepting institutions in addressing requirements of specific patients.
  • Monitor marketing activity through CRM software.
Requirements:
  • State Licensed RN
  • 5 years successful healthcare sales experience selling to hospitals
  • Established referral contacts/community relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning with hospitals
