Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Application Troubleshooting and Support: Utilize in-depth knowledge of athenaOne, its features, admin tables, configuration, and functionalities to efficiently troubleshoot application and workflow-related problems.
  2. Problem-Solving and Escalation: Employ problem-solving skills to address issues and support end-users, ensuring timely escalation of issues to the vendor and management levels when necessary.
  3. Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison with department leaders, providers, and other end-users to assist with questions, concerns, and issues related to athenaOne.
  4. Knowledge Base Development: Develop Knowledge Base articles for other analysts to use for future issue resolution.
  5. System Integration and Optimization: Understand and promote improvement through systems integration, identifying and implementing integrations that can reduce manual workflows and workarounds.
  6. Application Evaluation and Configuration: Evaluate application implementations and configurations to determine if the organization is maximizing capabilities and modules available.
  7. Training and Professional Development: Attend training for clinical applications and seminars as needed to stay current on healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices.
  8. Process Improvement: Research best practices to continuously improve processes for providing application support and implementation services.
  9. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit status reports to IT Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
  • 6-8 years of related experience required, 8-10 years of experience preferred
