We are looking for representatives to support one of the most prestigious luxury brands in the world. In this role, you will assist current and potential customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and sales from our state-of-the-art contact center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers proactively and professionally across various communication channels.
- Address inquiries, provide detailed information, and promote products while striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Effectively manage and de-escalate challenging customer situations, exploring all avenues to meet their needs.
- Identify the underlying causes of inquiries by asking insightful questions to determine optimal solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to ensure the delivery of world-class service.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Articulate, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Possesses high personal standards of excellence.
- Motivated to succeed and earn performance-based bonuses.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in high-end customer service or luxury retail is advantageous.
- Available for 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
