Client Relations Associate

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled Client Relations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and facilities in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify healthcare relationships within your region, focusing on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer sources through regular contact and follow-up procedures.
- Act as the primary contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
- Develop and work a yearly business plan for your region, including strategies for exceeding established budgets and goals.
- Represent CHI Health at Home in relevant professional organizations and in the community.
- Assist with educating the community about our services and follow referrals of patients to CHI Health at Home.
- Healthcare professional credential, Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience required.
- Minimum of one year of related sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical field.
- Valid Driver's license and current auto insurance.
